- Your toes should be slightly turned out when you stand with your feet broader than shoulder-width apart.
- With your hands shoulder-width apart, take hold of a towel wrapped up and hoist it above your head.

Single-Leg Wall Squats

- Stand with your back to a wall and your feet hip-width apart about two feet in front of you.
- When your knees are at a 90-degree angle, lower your body by bending them.
- Extend your right leg out, with the shin parallel to the floor. Hold this for one or two seconds, and then switch sides.
