2 Bedroom’s (Floor Plan Unit C) – $1475 – $1610

Note: Difference in price is determined by the location to the water. All phases now have a pet security deposit of $300, and all Phases have a $25/mo. extra pet rent fee. No Dogs allowed in Phase I and II-$25 fee includes up to 2 cats.
