Phase I & II Rates as of 01/01/25:

2 Bedroom’s (Floor Plan Unit C) – $1475 – $1610

Note: Difference in price is determined by the location to the water.

Phase III Rates:

1 Bedroom – $1465

1 Bedroom With Den – $1660

1 Bedroom With Sunroom – $1565

1 Bedroom With Garage – $1665

1 Bedroom With Den & Sunroom – $1745

2 Bedroom’s – $1795 – $1810

2 Bedroom’s With Den – $1885 – $1895

2 Bedroom’s With Sunroom – $1835 – $1845

2 Bedroom’s With Garage – $1825 – $1865

2 Bedroom’s With Den & Sunroom – $1935 – $1945

Application, Amenity, and Security Deposit Fees:

One-Time Application Fee: $25
One-Time Amenity Fee (includes access to all amenities for the entire term of tenancy): $100 Due at Lease Signing

Security Deposit starts at $1200 for qualified applicants and can be up to one-month’s rent depending on applicant’s credit and rental history. Once an Applicant is approved and assigned to an apartment, they are required within 72 hours to Sign the Lease and pay the Full Security Deposit. In the event that both of these items are not completed, the Applicant will be moved to the waitlist. Please note: Once the Lease is signed by Management, the Lease is legally binding.  See Lease Application Agreement for more details.

Discounts

  • Active Military & Law Enforcement – 3% Discount
  • Veterans & First Responders – 2% Discount
    • First Responders to include: EMT, Firefighter, Paramedics, & Nurses (RN)
  • Seniors – $25 a Month Discount (over 65 years old)

Pets are welcome (no dogs allowed in Phase I and II).All phases require a $300 One-Time Pet Fee (at move-in) and Base Rent increases by $25/month per pet.
